There is no extra packing fee.<\/p>\n<h3>Description of ordering information<\/h3>\n<p>No registration is required for the purchase, but in case of ordering, the customer&#8217;s name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address are required.<br \/>We handle your personal data as described in the Data Management menu.<\/p>\n<h3>Information on order processing<\/h3>\n<p>Orders are processed on business days until 2 p.m. It is also possible to place an order outside the dates marked as order processing, if it is made after the end of working hours, it will be processed the next day. General deadline for completion within five working days of confirmation.<br \/>The images shown on the product data sheets may differ from the actual ones, in some cases are shown as illustrations. Our company is not responsible for any changes to the technical specifications without prior notice due to the supplier or reasons beyond its control. We reserve the right to reject orders that have already been confirmed in whole or in part. Partial performance can only take place after consultation with the customer! The delivery is provided by Csomagk\u00fcld\u0151.hu. The pick up point delivery fees can be found in the table \u201cMethod of payment and rates for the delivery of the ordered product\u201d above.<\/p>\n<h3>Invitation to receive packages<\/h3>\n<p>Order the desired products only if you can pay the courier for the package upon receipt! In case of non-received, returned packages, the return fee will be charged to the customer, we will be able to start sending it again only if the value of the package is transferred in advance!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Consumer warranty rights:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Support warranty<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>In what cases can you exercise your right to warranty for supplies?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of faulty performance by Hungaroharvest Kft., You may assert a warranty claim against the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What rights do you have based on your supplies warranty claim?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can choose to have the following supplies warranty claims:<\/p>\n<p>You can request a repair or replacement unless it is impossible to meet the need you have chosen or would incur a disproportionate additional cost to the business compared to meeting your other need. A term\u00e9k hib\u00e1j\u00e1t term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n \u00d6nnek kell bizony\u00edtania.<\/p><p>A gy\u00e1rt\u00f3 (forgalmaz\u00f3) milyen esetben mentes\u00fcl term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9ge al\u00f3l?<br \/>A gy\u00e1rt\u00f3 (forgalmaz\u00f3) kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag akkor mentes\u00fcl term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9ge al\u00f3l, ha<br \/>bizony\u00edtani tudja, hogy:<\/p><ul><li>a term\u00e9ket nem \u00fczleti tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge k\u00f6r\u00e9ben gy\u00e1rtotta, illetve hozta forgalomba, vagy<\/li><li>a hiba a tudom\u00e1ny \u00e9s a technika \u00e1ll\u00e1sa szerint a forgalomba hozatal id\u0151pontj\u00e1ban nem volt felismerhet\u0151 vagy<\/li><li>a term\u00e9k hib\u00e1ja jogszab\u00e1ly vagy k\u00f6telez\u0151 hat\u00f3s\u00e1gi el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1s alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l ered.<\/li><\/ul><p>A gy\u00e1rt\u00f3nak (forgalmaz\u00f3nak) a mentes\u00fcl\u00e9shez elegend\u0151 egy okot bizony\u00edtania.<br \/>Felh\u00edvom figyelm\u00e9t, hogy ugyanazon hiba miatt kell\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi \u00e9s term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9nyt egyszerre, egym\u00e1ssal p\u00e1rhuzamosan nem \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edthet. Term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny\u00e9nek<br \/>eredm\u00e9nyes \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n azonban a kicser\u00e9lt term\u00e9kre, illetve kijav\u00edtott r\u00e9szre vonatkoz\u00f3 kell\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny\u00e9t a gy\u00e1rt\u00f3val szemben \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edtheti.<\/p><ul><li>45\/2014.
