Presentation of the range of products and services that can be purchased

Our company is engaged in the production and distribution of single-flower honeys, flavoured honey, honey desserts, beehive related products and other healthy foods.
Displayed products can only be ordered online, delivered to your home or other pick up points (only for Hungarian consumers). There is no way to pick it up in person.

The prices shown for the products are gross prices, ie they include the 27% VAT required by law, if the price deviates from this, it will be indicated separately. Our prices do not include the home delivery fee, the delivery fee will be charged at the end of the order. You can read about our delivery fees below in the menu item “Payment method and tariff of the delivery price of the ordered product”. There is no extra packing fee.

Description of ordering information

No registration is required for the purchase, but in case of ordering, the customer’s name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address are required.
We handle your personal data as described in the Data Management menu.

Information on order processing

Orders are processed on business days until 2 p.m. It is also possible to place an order outside the dates marked as order processing, if it is made after the end of working hours, it will be processed the next day. General deadline for completion within five working days of confirmation.
The images shown on the product data sheets may differ from the actual ones, in some cases are shown as illustrations. Our company is not responsible for any changes to the technical specifications without prior notice due to the supplier or reasons beyond its control. We reserve the right to reject orders that have already been confirmed in whole or in part. Partial performance can only take place after consultation with the customer! If the purchase price of the product is paid in advance, the amount will be refunded to the sender.

Presentation of order steps

  1. Add the product or products you want to buy to your cart with the “Add to cart” button next to the product name.
  2. Once you have the selection, you can view the contents of your cart by clicking on the Cart button in the top menu bar of the page. If you want to change the quantities, you can do so by scrolling up or down the item number in the gray box next to the items in the “Quantity” column, then click on the “Refresh Cart” button to see the changed price.
  3. If you have a coupon, enter the coupon code in the gray box and you can validate it with the “Apply Coupon” button.
  4. In the “Total cart” section, you can see the summary details of your order. Here you can choose the most suitable method of transport for you. You can read more about the modes of transport in the next section.
  5. By clicking the “Go to checkout” button, you can check your order details and ordered products. Here you need to enter your shipping and billing information, as well as your payment method. If the information is OK, you can submit your order by clicking the “Submit Order” button, where a pop-up window will indicate successful order submission.

Orders in our webshop are fulfilled by the Express One courier service in Hungary and by the partners of Csomagküldő Kft. abroad. Packages are delivered on working days between 8 am and 4 pm. If you are not at home during this period, it is recommended to provide a business address (if possible) as your delivery address. The courier service will try to deliver twice in Hungary, the delivery cost of the packages not received will be charged to the customer!

You can pay for the ordered product in cash at the collection point, on the spot, the cash on delivery fee is HUF 280 in addition to the delivery fee.

Cash on delivery at the courier (only in Hungary)

The ordered product must be paid to the courier by cash or credit card upon receipt of the package. The cash on delivery fee is HUF 280 in addition to the delivery fee.

The ordered product must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the package.
The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice is included in the package. Please inspect the package in front of the courier upon delivery, and in case of any damage to the products, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We cannot accept subsequent complaints without minutes!

The packages are delivered to the pick up point by Csomagkuldo.hu Ltd., while the home delivery is made by Express One Kft. International deliveries are made by the subcontractors of Csomagküldő.hu Ltd. The parcels are delivered on working days between 8 am and 4 pm. Invitation to receive packages

Order the desired products only if you can pay the courier for the package upon receipt! In case of non-received, returned packages, the return fee will be charged to the customer, we will be able to start sending it again only if the value of the package is transferred in advance!

In what cases can you exercise your right to warranty for supplies?

In the event of faulty performance by Hungaroharvest Kft., You may assert a warranty claim against the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.

What is the deadline for you to enforce your warranty claim?

2. Product Warranty

What rights do you have under your product warranty claim?

As a product warranty claim, you may only request the repair or replacement of a defective product.

In which case is the product considered defective?

A product is defective if it does not conform to the quality in force at the time of placing on the market
requirements or if it does not have the information provided by the manufacturer
properties.

What is the deadline for you to enforce your product warranty claim?

You can assert your product warranty claim within two years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. Upon expiry of this period, he shall lose this entitlement.
Against whom and under what other conditions can you assert your product warranty claim?

In which cases is the manufacturer (distributor) released from its product warranty obligation?

    • the defect of the product results from the application of legislation or a mandatory official regulation.

It is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove a reason for the exemption.
Please note that due to the same error, you cannot claim a warranty for a product and a product warranty at the same time, in parallel. Product warranty claim
However, if successfully validated, you can assert your warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part.

Right of withdrawal

Legal effects of withdrawal / termination

Complaint handling

If the Buyer has a complaint in connection with the products or the seller’s service, he can send it to one of the contact details on the website www.drhoney.hu, under the Contact menu item, or to the Seller’s registered office. The Seller shall investigate the complaints in the order of their receipt, no later than within 30 (thirty) days, and shall notify the Buyer of the result of the investigation. In the event of an oral complaint, the Seller shall communicate and send to the Buyer in writing the minutes taken and the substantive answer given to them. If the complaint is rejected, the Buyer may contact the district office of his place of residence.
