Creamed honey 300g

To produce our creamed honey we use the first honey that is abundantly available in the year, canola. To enrich its flavour we blend it with some flower honey. The canola honey has white colour and crystallizes very quickly with fine crystal structure; this is why we chose it as base material for this type.

Health benefits

It has antiseptic and strong anti-inflammatory effects. Being one of the less acidic types, it can also be consumed in case of gastric acid problems.

How to use

Creamed honey has mild taste wr we recommend to replace sugar in coffee as it doe not modify the taste of coffee. You can spread on toasts ad to hot drinks as a sweetener. Recommended to kids and elderly people as it does not drop.
